Woman arrested for trying to take her 97 year old mother out of a care home

Could things have been a lot easier for this family if they had also put a Health & Welfare Lasting Power of Attorney as well as the Property & Finance LPA that they did actually have in place?

A Health and Welfare LPA allows your nominated person to:

Make decisions about your medical treatment

Decide whether it’s best for you to continue to live at home or residential care would be more appropriate.

Don’t let your family  ever have to be in this awful position. Get your Health & Welfare LPA in place today!
